Ibis Tunis Hotel

The hotel is well placed, just a short walk from shops and restaurants. Breakfast was a highlight, with a great selection and quality. Staff were professional and it felt safe walking around at night.

The receptionist was rude and unhelpful during this interaction.

The property was in the heart of the city. The staff was welcoming and polite, I will never forget them.

Impeccably clean hotel, I greatly enjoyed efficient and decent staff. The location was exceptionally nice, at a medium distance from a cultural center. A large supermarket and a supermarket were right next door. I got spotless and cosy room with a safe, central heating and a work desk. The service was absolutely very good. Got wake up service free of charge, not bad too.

I had a clean and cozy room , and the breakfast buffet was a lovely highlight, especially the fresh orange juice. The mattress was too soft for my comfort, making it a bit difficult to sleep soundly.

The staff were consistently cute, and breakfast was a good experience. Sipping fresh orange juice made every morning brighter. Location-wise, it's a convenient stop for exploring Tunis.

The air conditioning in my room struggled to keep things cool, and at times, I found the surrounding area felt somewhat deserted after dark, which left me uneasy.

The room I got featured a cozy king bed and was well-maintained. The quality of Wi-Fi was surprisingly good-streamed sessions without a hitch, a real plus when you're trying to catch some news. The breakfast buffet was noteworthy, especially the freshly pressed orange juice-definitely a highlight of the morning.

I found the check-in process a bit troublesome with unclear billing policies that left me confused at checkout. The absence of a mini-bar, kettle, or refrigerator is disappointing for a place charging premium rates. I was informed that there was no ocean view, despite my request for one. The location, while decent, made it tricky for taxis since it isn't very well-known-took a bit to get my ride right outside the place.
